Before I began 1:1 coaching with Alicia I lived in a constant rotation of binge dieting and overeating. I struggled so much with finding a balance that worked with my everyday life, left me satisfied, and would keep from feeling the need to overeat on the weekends. All that these diets did was bring me back to my bad habits of overeating, feeling guilty, and then completely restricting myself again once Monday came around.
